True Bone - Canvas
Antlers have an amazing weathered texture and the colours of white, grey, yellow mix together in subtle casts throughout the bone. The landscape of antlers (and skulls) tells an intriguing story of permanence, longevity and grace. Living in BC's north, antlers are a part of our lives in one way or another.
Our homes and workshops often have an antler or two displayed as part of our everyday lives, nature's original art. The term “True Bone” is used in some cultures such as Korea to identify the bloodline or lineage of royalty. This deer skull was painted with that concept in mind – a regal reminder of a life well-lived.
Beautiful art on canvas, printed with archival inks on museum-grade canvas, custom-built frames with BC sustainably sourced fir and hemlock, professionally printed and constructed in British Columbia, Canada. Canvas prints are 1.75” deep and ready-to-hang.
